Missions Program - Helping others in need.

• Family Promise - Hosting homeless families for a week (several times a year)
• Mountain Vista Food Pantry
• Crossroads Urban Center Food Pantry
• Trial Size Mission - for the homeless shelter
• Clothing drives for the needy
• Sandwich Mission (make and serve sandwiches for the homeless)
• AA Open Meetings - Monday at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
  Friday at 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. Saturday Morning 9:00 a.m.
• Red Cross Blood Drive, Spring and Fall
• UMCOR: United Methodist Committee on Relief
• Project Linus - Blankets Handmade with Love
  Project Linus - Salt Lake County Blog

Prayer Ministry - Mountain Vista participates in a prayer chain to assist those who request prayer help for healing and restoration, for sharing God's grace, for discernment, or for any other requests that may come. We also have a Prayer Room on this web site where people can leave prayer requests.
