| Report for Wednesday, October 17, 2001
The following report and pictures cover work and activities since yesterday's report for October 16 and Saturday, October 13. I really have appreciated the work Dave Reeves has done keeping the diary going. I am around for the rest of this week so will try to get something out daily. Today saw more cabinet work (see photos, below). Photo A: Photo B: Photo C: Photo D: Calvin is aiming for next Tuesday or Wednesday for the final City inspection. We have had the site utility work signed off and expect to be able to have at least a temporary occupancy permit before Nov 4. We need to get most of the landscaping in this weekend to minimize the bond. We will have to post a small amount to cover the plant material for the area around the outside of the building which we expect will come from our own yards and gardens. The rest of the material will be delivered Friday and Saturday. The Harristone material for the windows will be available for Saturday and we are working on having the engraved stones available to start placing them on the columns on the building front. This is getting pretty exciting as we near the day we move in!! Report and Photos by Terry Holzworth |
