The electricians and plumbers scrambled to get all their work under the floor slab done so backfill can be completed. There is a small amount left to do tomorrow and we hope to be able to finish backfill and compaction and pour the floor. The closure section of foundation wall was poured today along with additional island curb sections and the base for support of the dumpster concrete slab. Backfill was placed along the east wall of the building.

This evening trenches were excavated for the remaining sleeves under the parking lot and sidewalks so final grading for the parking lot can be completed and sidewalks can be poured later this week.

The City's engineering department was out surveying for data to complete the sidewalk and irrigation ditch piping design. We will request them to construct the drive way before we pave if they can get the design done and schedule it quickly enough. Furst wants to have the site work done this week.
