Report for Friday, July 27, 2001

Most of the steel structure was completed today and the sidewalk from the front of the building to the sidewalk along 3200 West was poured. The City crews have the sidewalk along 3200 West completed to our driveway opening and the curb has been cut for the driveway.

The excavation contractor is back on the job and is finishing the backfill around the foundation and sidewalks and filling the area between the parking lot and 3200 West sidewalk to create a berm in our landscaped area as required by the City. He also has begun to shape the storm water retention basin west of the building.

Tomorrow the excavation contractor will continue his grading and filling work in preparation for the installation of the sprinkler system which is scheduled to start August 4. He will then be on vacation for two weeks after which he will install the fire hydrants, water service connection, and sewer connection. He will also then complete the drainage system by constructing ditches and a detention pond further east on our property.

Photos today show the nearly completed steel structural frame and the new sidewalk and detention area west of the building.
